BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – The Logan County Prosecutor’s Office is presenting their case against Brittany Pilkington to a grand jury.

The prosecutor’s office tells 2 NEWS the proceedings were set to begin at 2:00 p.m.

It is unclear how long the proceedings will last, but 2 NEWS will be there to keep you updated with the latest information.

Pilkington is being held on $1-million bond.  She is charged with murdering her three sons.  Her arraignment Thursday morning only lasted ten minutes.

Family members spoke after that hearing.  Brittany’s father, Ed Cummins said, “It was my daughter, but it didn’t look like my daughter.  She just looked cold. I can’t believe she done all this.”

Jeff Skaggs, Pilkington’s uncle, told reporters what the family is going through isn’t easy. “Every time I turn on the TV I cry. It’s hard to deal with,” Skaggs said.
