The Blur movie premiers in Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – It was a special night at the Kroc center in Dayton where a special screening of the Dwight Anderson story From Stardom to streets to survival was shown.

A packed house was on hand to watch the short film that told the life of former Roth High School star Dwight Anderson who was considered the best basketball player to ever come out of dayton.  Drugs derailed his career, but his recovery inspired the movie produced by Cleveland sports writer Branson Wright. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
