DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton woman accused of animal neglect pleaded not guilty in court.

The Montgomery County Animal Resource Center confirms that Carol Glascoe faces 16 charges including negligent cruelty and depriving necessary sustenance to an animal.

At least seven animals were seized from her McClure Street home on August 14.  Police noted the deplorable conditions at the house at the time.

Glascoe also gave up ownership of the dogs and cats involved.  ARC is looking to foster some of the animals, while it is still treating several others for medical conditions.
