CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – The first Bagger Dave’s Burger Tavern location to open in Ohio is under construction at the Cornerstone development in Centerville.
The restaurant has begun its hiring process hoping to bring around 30 to 40 jobs for this location. Within the next two years the company hopes to bring four more locations to the Miami Valley.
“In total, we hope to add between 90 to 100 jobs,” said Jared Murphy, Bagger Dave’s general manager.
The burger joint is one of many stores opening at the Cornerstone development.
The chain founder, Michael Ansley is originally from Springfield, Ohio and graduated from the University of Dayton. Ansley, CEO of Diversified Restaurant Holdings Inc., currently operates 23 Bagger Dave’s restaurants in Michigan and Indiana.
“It’s exciting to be a part of this community, it’s like we’re coming home,” said Murphy.
