HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) – City leaders in Huber Heights will present their findings of a public nuisance investigation into Krickets Tavern during a hearing Monday.
A deadly shooting at the bar in September was followed by a temporary restraining order, which has kept the tavern closed.
Joshua Hamilton was gunned down Sept. 27.
Huber Heights police say they’ve had issues at the bar before, citing existing issues, including a citation for serving a minor in 2014, and over-serving customers.
Supporters of Krickets say the owner is working to make security better.
The suspect in the killing, Michael Scott, is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1 million bond.
