Take a virtual tour of the Dayton Arcade

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The City of Dayton is using modern technology to show off a piece of its history.

Thursday, the City gave its second virtual tour of the Arcade building. This one focused on the building’s roof. The tours are given on Twitter using the social media app Periscope.

John Gowar, the Urban Design Coordinator for the City of Dayton, joined Katie Ussin on Five on 2 to talk about the building’s current condition and what’s in store for the future.

The third and final virtual tour will be on Friday, Nov. 13 at 3 p.m. To watch it, go to the City of Dayton’s Twitter page (@cityofdayton).
