ENON, Ohio (WDTN) – An accident on Interstate 70 Eastbound near Enon leads to five people being checked out on Friday afternoon.
Witnesses tell 2 NEWS that a white vehicle carrying the group, including two adults, three kids, and a baby, was traveling at approximately 80 miles per hour.
The driver may have been texting when he or she drove into the median guard rail, tried to overcorrect, went across three lanes of traffic and clipped a second vehicle.
No one else was injured in the crash, officials say.
Eastbound on I-70 is down to one lane Friday afternoon where the accident took place.
Mad River Township Fire & EMS Department responded to the accident.
