Worker allegedly struck with gun during KFC armed robbery

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — Deputies are looking for a robber after he allegedly held up a Harrison Township restaurant.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Huber Heights police were called to the Kentucky Fried Chicken at 4645 North Main Street just after 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Deputies said the thief entered the store through the back door. Once inside, investigators said an employee was struck in the head with a gun and was demanded to pull money from a register.

The robber was able to get away with some cash.

Deputies said he is described as a black male between 20 to 30-years-old. He is about six feet tall with a medium build.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
