KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) – The Kettering Medical Center will continue a Christmas tradition of wrapping babies in stockings.

Volunteers sew the special keepsakes that the families get to take home.

Nurses say it makes being in the hospital during the holiday a little more joyful for families.

It is a nice little present with baby in the stocking and also our photographers are able to get fantastic pictures of the new baby in the Christmas stocking.

The hospital plans to keep the tradition going for years to come.
