DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A man accused of charges related to murder pleaded guilty Wednesday.
19-year-old Carlos Craig pleaded guilty to one count each of murder, aggravated robbery, discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises and felonious assault.
Craig was indicted for the charged in July 2015 for the murder of Damarcus Buress, 25.
A second man, Robert Gilmore, Jr., 35, is charged with complicity to commit murder and complicity to commit aggravated robbery in the same case. Prosecutors say he gave the gun to Craig, who they say shot Buress.
