Dayton woman hit by car and thrown 30 feet

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton Police confirmed that a woman who was involved in an accident is alert and conscious after being hit by a car and being sent 30 feet.

It happened Friday afternoon on the off-ramp of US Route 35 and Jefferson when a woman was involved in an accident.

She got out of her vehicle to check on the damage and it was then she was hit by another vehicle and thrown 30 feet.

Officers tell 2 NEWS that she was alert when she was taken to a local hospital.
