Drug raid finds heroin, gun in Dayton home

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton Police raided a home in the 2300 block of Alice Street Friday morning.

2 NEWS was there when the police raided the home around 9:00 a.m.

Inside the home police found materials that appear to be used in the preparing of heroin for sale. A gun was also found.

There were two people inside at the time of the raid. A 33-year-old man was issued a summons arrest for drug possession, drug paraphernalia, an illegal manufacture of drugs or cultivation of marijuana.

Police are still investigating.
