OAKWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) — Police are on the hunt for a man who reportedly held up an Oakwood bank.
The Oakwood Public Safety Department has released these photos in hopes it will catch the suspect.
Officers were called to the LCNB National Bank located at 2705 Far Hills Avenue around noon Saturday.
Police said a man walked in and handed a teller a note demanding money. Employees said the man never showed a weapon, but said he may have had a gun in his pocket.
According to officials, the suspect took off with an undetermined amount of cash, ran across the parking lot, and dropped a pack.
Officials are looking into whether this robbery is related to last week’s robbery at the Civista Bank on Springboro Pike in Miami Township.
Oakwood and Kettering Police are searching for the suspect. If you have any information that could help, call Crime Stoppers at 937-222-7867.
