TROY, Ohio (WDTN) – The man suspected of killing Joseph Graley III in October 2014 is set to start his trial Tuesday.
Frank Bowen, of Bethel Township, has entered a not guilty plea to the three charges he faces: single counts of murder, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse.
Graley’s body was found in Bowen’s back yard on Scarff Road covered by brush.
Bowen is currently in custody on a $250,000 bond.
He will appear in court at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Miami County Court of Common Pleas.
