Former chamber director pleads guilty to theft, other charges

LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) – A woman pleads guilty Thursday to grand theft after she admitted to stealing more than $20,000 from her employer.

She was formerly employed as the Executive Director of the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce.

Sara Arseneau, 52, of Goshen, would “issue herself 13 additional payroll checks from Nov. 2012 through June 2015,” according to a statement from the Warren County Prosecutor’s office.

“Her duties included writing checks and releasing documents for tax purposes,” according to the statement.

She will be sentenced March 8 in Warren County.
