HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) — The community is coming together to help out Cody’s Caring Clothing Charity after some of its main sources of donations were recently pulled.

MONSTER JAM® featuring the AMSOIL Series heard about the charity’s trouble and has stepped in to help.

Saturday, people who donated one bag of new or gently used clothing to the organization received one ticket voucher to see Monster Jam on January 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the Nutter Center. More than 200 ticket vouchers were given away Saturday.

The donations collected Saturday will go towards schools for the blind and deaf in Ohio.

Cody’s Caring Clothing Charity will be accepting donations at Huber Heights Self Storage located at 7370 Bridge Water Rd., Dayton, OH 45424 on Sunday, January 24 from 12 – 2 p.m. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
