DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Storm Team 2 Meteorologist Jamie Jarosik says as the storm pulls away Wednesday you can expect breezy west winds.

There are some road closures after Tuesday night’s storm due to high water. One is on Factory Road in Greene County and the other is in Miamisburg on Riverview Road between SR-725 and Linden Avenue, This has been reopened according to Miamisburg official. A third closure has been reported on Lower Bellbrook Road at SR-725.

The Miami Valley received between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain Tuesday night which contributed to the road closures and ponding water in other areas.

The gusty winds we will see later in the day Wednesday will help to usher in colder air, and temperatures will slowly fall during the afternoon hours.

With cold air continuing to move in overnight, we may even see a few flurries around.
