DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man was pulled from the river in downtown Dayton Saturday afternoon.

Crews were dispatched to West Monument Avenue and River Corridor after 12 p.m. for the water rescue.

Five Rivers MetroPark officers as well as Dayton Fire responded to the scene.

Crews pulled the victim from the water and medics performed CPR on him at the scene. The man was then rushed to the hospital. No word right now on his condition.
