2 arrested for assault at Dayton bar

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Two men were taken into custody after an attack at a Dayton bar.

Police were called to Setter’s Sports Lounge located at 1008 Gateway Drive after 1:30 a.m. Sunday on a fight. Someone called 911 saying people were throwing pool sticks and chairs.

Officers said when they arrived there were several people in the parking lot and some people were running to a large party bus.

Police spoke to one of the victims who said people on the party bus attacked him.

A witness told police a large fight broke out near the pool table. The witness said one of the victims tried to break up the fight when the victim was assaulted. Another man was also attacked.

Justin Clark, 25, and Thomas Wright, 31 were arrested on charges of assault.

They were booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
