Police looking for duo in GameStop theft

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Dayton Police are looking for two people reportedly involved in a theft from a Dayton GameStop.

Police were called to GameStop located at 3878 Linden Avenue Friday after 12:30 p.m.

A worker told police a man and teen stole an Xbox One Console from a display case.

He said the two walked into the store and approached the counter. The worker told police the teen bought an Xbox card while the other man looked around the store. He said the two hung out by the consoles for a while and then quickly left the store. That’s when the worker noticed the console was missing.

Police are reviewing surveillance footage of the theft.
