Long-standing investigation leads to 110 pot plants seized

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – After a long-standing investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the R.A.N.G.E. Task Force, one man is in custody and 110 marijuana plans were seized.

The marijuana grow operation was found at a residence in the 1300 block of Arbor Avenue in Dayton.

Investigators also found a “large amount” of processed marijuana and various cultivating materials.

As a result, Jason Schneider, 44, is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail on illegal cultivation of marijuana charges.
