People line up for Primanti Brothers Beavercreek grand opening

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) — People lined up around Primanti Brothers Wednesday morning trying to get a free sandwich for a week for a year.

Primanti Brothers is holding its grand opening celebration at its new restaurant on North Fairfield Road. It’s located in an area already booming in Beavercreek; it’s near the IHOP, which opened in 2015.

The first 100 people in line will receive a free sandwich each week for a year. Those 100 people will be allowed in at 12 p.m. The restaurant’s doors will open to the public at 3 p.m.

Some customers camped out Tuesday night so they were ready for the tailgate party that started at 5 a.m. at the restaurant. People took parts in games and giveaways.

The Beavercreek location will employ about 100 people. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
