DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Venturing out to the sunshine state just got a bit easier.
Low-cost airline carrier, Allegiant Air, is set to begin offering service to Orlando and Tampa.
Those flights are non-stop from Dayton International Airport. According to a media release, the flights will be offered twice every week.
Airport officials praised the announcement–citing the new flights as a win for the Miami Valley.
Orlando non-stop flights begin Thursday. Flights to Tampa will begin Friday.
According to the release–some one-way seats will be available for as low as $51.
