GREENVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – A Greenville man was arrested Thursday for trafficking heroin in a school zone.
The Darke County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit, along with the Special Response Team searches a home at 2210 W. Main Street in Greenville around 6:30 Thursday morning.
Deputies arrested Darren Woods, 50 for trafficking heroin in a school zone. According to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office, this is the second time Darren Woods has been arrested within a year for drug trafficking in a school zone.
Investigators say Darren Woods’ apartment is within 200 feet of St Mary’s Catholic School.
This arrest stems from an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking. Woods is now in the Darke County jail.
