Ritchie was inside the Beavercreek Walmart in 2014 when he made a 911 call telling police a man was walking around wth a gun.

“…there is a man walking around in the store with a gun waving and pointing at people.” The dispatcher asked, “What does he look like?”  To which the caller answers, “Black male about 6 feet tall…”

Piepmeier served as special prosecutor for Greene County when the Crawford shooting case was presented to a Grand Jury in 2014.
