TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) – Starting Monday a section of W. Main Street in Trotwood will be closed for water main repairs.
W. Main Street will be closed from End Street to High Street while the work is performed.
The City says people in the area may experience low water pressure while repairs are being made. Earlier on Monday they said there was no boil order but that changed around 3 p.m.
There is now a boil advisory issued until further notice. Residents are advised to boil their water for a minimum of three minutes when using for oral hygiene or drinking. This advisory affects all residents in the area of W. Main Street at the bridge to Oak Street.
City officials say they hope the work will be completed Monday but say it could last through Tuesday. Traffic will be rerouted as long as the work is underway.
