DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Montgomery County officials confirm they will sell the county fairgrounds to the highest bidder when the time comes.

The fair board is seeking a minimum bid of $15 million to redevelop the property.

Developers should submit a letter of interest by June 27. The board will select a developer by November 30. The Montgomery County Agricultural Society is still looking for the new site for the annual fair.
