The driver of the pickup truck, 60-year-old Anthony Foreman, was trapped in the vehicle and crew for the Dayton Fire Department approximately 20 minutes to free him. Foreman later died at the hospital.

A woman who was a passenger in Scales’ car was five months pregnant and suffered serious injuries. Her unborn baby died from injuries received in the crash.
