Two-car crash closes Dayton road

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Two drivers are taken to the hospital after a crash Sunday morning.

Dayton police responded to West Third street just after 11:30 a.m. Sunday for a two-car crash.

Investigators believe one of the vehicles crossed the center line and hit the other.

Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to remove a door from one of the vehicles to free a victim.

He’s believe to have been trapped for 30 minutes.

Both drivers were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries.

Police are investigating which driver is at fault.
