Driver crashes into fence at Wright-Patt

FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) – A driver loses control of his vehicle and crashes into a fence at Wright-Patterson Air Force base Wednesday.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash that happened just before 11 Wednesday morning near the intersection of Circle Road and OH-235.

The car involved drove past a 2 NEWS Photojournalist who saw the driver slumped in the seat. The car then drove off the right side of the road and crashed into a fence at the base.

The driver was not hurt in the incident. Troopers placed the man in handcuffs. OSHP tells us they believe drug use may be involved.
