DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Huber Heights doctor accused of rape has a trail date, announced Wednesday.
Dr. Robert Hunter, will have a pre-trial hearing at 2 p.m. on Sept. 7 and will face trial beginning at 9 a.m. Sept. 19.
He was indicted on four counts of rape, one count of abduction and one count of kidnapping in late 2015.
Hunter was arrested by Five Rivers MetroParks officers July 29. He is accused of raping someone inside a car parked at the Taylorsville MetroPark on July 15.
Police were made aware of the incident after receiving a call from a Columbus hospital that a rape evidence kit was prepared for the victim.
