Police looking into two break-ins Wednesday morning

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) – Police in Huber Heights are investigating what they say may be cases of criminal damaging.

Police say around 4:15 Wednesday morning and alarm at the Cricket Wireless store in the 6400 block of Brandt Pike. When officers got there they found the glass front door had been shattered by what appeared to be a rock.

Around 15 minutes later a patrol officer in the 5100 block of Brandt Pike found the front door of Metro PCS shattered as well, also by someone throwing a rock through it.

Nothing was taken from either location.

Police are investigating both cases as possible breaking and entering crimes. Investigators ask anyone who may have seen anything in the area between 4 and 4:30 a.m. to call the Huber Heights Police Department at 937-237-3556.
