DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Outbound flights from Dayton International Airport are impacted from the stormy midwest weather Wednesday.

As of Wednesday afternoon, those flights were specifically limited to the Chicago-area which was surrounded by heavy rain and some hail.

That same storm system is suspected to move into the Miami Valley late Wednesday night into Thursday morning.

Early-Wednesday morning flights to Chicago were cancelled due to the storms, later cancelling afternoon flights.
