Police called to break-in at Dayton car lot

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Dayton Police are investigating a break-in at a car lot.

Police were dispatched to International Auto Sales located at 2301 East Fifth Street around 2:40 a.m. Saturday on a burglary alarm call.

When officers arrived, they found the front door to the main office slightly open. Police cleared the building and didn’t find anyone inside. They said the deadbolt was damaged beyond repair and they weren’t able to shut the door.

It’s unclear if anything was taken.

Police are in the process of reviewing surveillance video of the incident,
