Parrot, ‘Alfie’, stolen from owner’s backyard

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – An African Grey Parrot named Alfie has been stolen from its owners’ backyard in Dayton.

Twelve-year-old Alfie and its owner live on the 100 block of South Westview Avenue in Dayton. Alfie was being housed in a plastic cage at the time. The bird was last seen June 24.

Alfie’s wings, nails and beak were recently clipped. If you have any information on the bird’s whereabouts, you’re asked to call Miami Valley Crime Stoppers at 937-222-7867.
