Police investigating after local business robbed

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton police are investigating a robbery at a local business.

Officers responded to an alarm at A2Z Liquidators located in at 3435 Linden Avenue just before 5 Sunday morning.

When they arrived the owners told police that the rear entry door had been forced open and a cash drawer containing $500 was missing.

The owners told police they think a recent customer may be to blame due to the suspect knowing exactly where to look for the drawer.

Nothing else was taken.
