Boil advisory ordered for Christianburg

Malfunction at water facility causes advisory.

CHRISTIANBURG, Ohio (WDTN) – A boil advisory has been ordered for the Village of Christianburg in Champaign County.

The boil advisory is in effect until further notice.

Officials say a malfunction around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the water facility is the cause for the advisory.

Tests will be conducted before the advisory is lifted.

Officials say it could be 2-3 days before the advisory is lifted.
