DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Pouring one out — or pouring one in — in honor of Dayton Beer Week, 13 local breweries are working together to create a masterpiece

The product? Peace Accord — a golden yellow pale ale with citrusy, fruity, and earthy aromas and flavors, according to our partners at the Dayton Business Journal.

The name is a nod to the famous Dayton Peace Accords, the 1995 negotiations in Dayton that ended the Bosnian War.

Warped Wing will tap the collaboration beer in its tasting room on Aug. 19, prior to the kick-off of Dayton Beer Week, which runs Aug. 20 to Aug. 27, according to the Dayton Business Journal.

Participating breweries in the collaboration are Carillon Brewery, Crooked Handle Brewing Co., Dayton Beer Company, Eudora Brewery, Fifth Street Co-op Brewery, Fig Leaf Brewery, Hairless Hare Brewery, Lucky Star Brewery, Pin-ups & Pints, Star City Brewery, Toxic Brew Company, Warped Wing and Yellow Springs Brewery. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
