Charges approved for 1 in Kettering drug raid

Kettering drug raid.

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Formal charges have been approved for one person following a drug raid on Friday.

Donte Shackleford, 31 was arrested on outstanding warrants, according to police.

Police detectives searched the home in the 1200 block of Rose Bower Avenue and found drugs and drug paraphernalia, as well as one stolen firearm in the house.

He is charged with having weapons while under disability.

Kelly Stone, 30, teaches art at two elementary schools using the name Kelly McGill. McGill teaches art at Charles Huber and Wright Brothers Elementary Schools.

She lived at the residence when the raid occurred. She was taken into custody following the raid but was released a short time later. Her formal charges were not approved as of Monday.
