Crews respond to report of fire at Kettering Tower, 2nd Street blocked

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Eastbound on Second Street is shut down in downtown Dayton Wednesday following reports of a fire at Kettering Tower.

The Dayton Fire Chief tells 2 NEWS that it could be an electrical issue on, or near the 28th and 29th floor. There is light smoke in that area, the chief said.

No other roads are impacted as a result of the fire. Employees at the building have been evacuated.
