RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) – Riverside council members voted and approved a new city manager Tuesday night.

Mark Carpenter will replace Brian Chodkowski… who resigned earlier this year.

Carpenter is the city’s fire chief and had been serving as interim city manager.

Also during the meeting, some council members attempted to oust fellow member Steven Follencamp.

That decision was tabled until the next meeting.
