DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) driver crashed into a pole in Dayton Saturday night.

First-responders were called to the 3800 block of Nicholas Rd. around 6:15 p.m.

Officials have not released the identity of the rider, but say he’s expected to be okay. They believe he broke his leg due to the impact.

Authorities say the rider could be cited because driving an ATV on roadways is illegal in the city.
