FORT CARSON, Colo. (KXRM) – In support of Suicide Prevention Month, Fort Carson hosted a special art exhibit Monday.

The traveling art exhibit is aimed at helping military members and their families heal from the heartache of going to war.

It’s on display at the Soldier and Family Assistance Center on post and it’s all thanks to Reflection of Generosity, a non-profit foundation providing art exhibits and workshops for service members.

About 50 to 70 pieces of art will be on display until September 30. You can view the exhibit Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
