Huber Heights teacher indicted on drug charges


DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Huber Heights teacher accused of drug possession is indicted Friday.

Kelly Stone has been indicted on charges of permitting drug abuse and possession of drugs.

She is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 13

Huber Heights City Schools previously told 2 NEWS that 30-year-old Stone teaches art at two elementary schools using the name Kelly McGill. McGill teaches art at Charles Huber and Wright Brothers Elementary Schools.

She lives at the home in the 1200 block of Rose Bower Avenue and was arrested and charged with permitting drug abuse and drug possession, according to police. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
