HAMILTON, Ohio (WLWT) – A jury reached a verdict Tuesday to decide the fate of a man accused of killing his girlfriend’s daughter.

Bradley Young has been found guilty of murder, involuntary manslaughter

Kinsley Kinner, 2, died from a brain injury in December 2015, and Bradley Young faces four charges in her death, including murder.

He will serve 15-years to life in prison. The girl’s mother, Rebekah Kinner, is serving 11 years for her role in the toddler’s death.

She claims Young began to physically discipline Kinsley and ultimately caused the injuries that killed her.

But the judge presiding over the case found Rebekah Kinner incompetent to testify, the day after she was a witness for the prosecution.

Judge Keith Spaeth also denied two motions from Young’s attorney for a mistrial.
