Covington tops Miami East 28-17

COVINGTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Covington remained perfect on the season, racing out to a 21-0 lead, before holding off Miami East 28-17 on Thursday night.

The Buccs improved to 7-0 on the season, while the Vikings fell to 5-2.

Nathan Blei threw two touchdown passes in the Buccs first three drives to help Covington take control of the game early.
