Family displaced after Dayton house fire

House fire on Reisinger Avenue in Dayton

DAYTON (WDTN) — An early morning house fire has left a Dayton family homeless.

Firefighters responded to a call in the 100 block of Reisinger Avenue at 12:45 a.m. on Thursday and found a home fully engulfed in flames.

The family was able to escape without injury.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire, but the family has been displaced. Red Cross has been called to provide assistance.
