RICHFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) – Ohio Troopers arrest a woman after seizing eight pounds of cocaine during a traffic stop in Summit County.

OSP says 31-year-old Tanecia Richardson from West Virginia was pulled over for a lane violation on the Ohio Turnpike. Troopers say they saw traces of marijuana in plain view and searched the vehicle. That’s when troopers found the cocaine in the trunk of the car.

Richardson is facing charges of aggravated possession and trafficking, both first-degree felonies.

If convicted, she could face up to 20 years in prison and up to a 40-thousand dollar fine.
