DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – An accident report on the crash that killed an 11-year-old-girl shows the driver did not have a valid driver’s license.
According to the report submitted by Dayton Police to the Ohio Department of Public Safety, the 29-year-old driver of the car that hit 11-year-old Makyla White last Wednesday did not have a valid driver’s license.
