CINCINNATI (AP) — Former president Bill Clinton will return to Ohio this weekend to campaign for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

The Clinton campaign said Bill Clinton will be in the Cincinnati and Columbus areas on Saturday, with details to be announced later.

The former president returns to Ohio to campaign for his wife as early voting continues in the battleground state. Early voting in Ohio for the Nov. 8 election began Wednesday.

Polls have indicated a seesaw race in the state. No Republican has ever won the White House without winning Ohio. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
